Returned to get a few batteries and totally different service, guy was half asleep, dropped one of the new batteries and could care less about the sale or service. I understand things can be slow and boring but try and at least make an effort. Excellent service. Called about replacing my truck battery and when I arrived David had the technicians ready to remove Olga and install new battery making sure all truck settings remained unchanged. Only took a few minutes, excellent overall service and would highly recommend.

The store was going to close in 10 mins. I called the store and asked if they can wait a littler 5pm, Cj said yes. I purchased the battery online and went to the store in Katy, next to 99. I arrived at 5:10pm and Cj helped me replace the battery in less than 5 mins. Thank you Cj for your hard work and excellent customer service. I am grateful.
