man- if you need some bulbs or batteries, and you want them now- this is the place.
They took two and a half hours to “replace” my phone battery. Ended up not being able to replace the battery and broke my phone’s back glass. Way more expensive than other similar options and not worth it. Never again.
Save your time & energy. Do not patronize this place. Went to go buy batteries for my gate clicker and the “awesome” sales associate wouldn’t let me use their screwdriver to replace the batteries but was more than happy to charge me $20 to let him do it. I took myself (and my gate clicker) down the street to Auto Zone where I bought the battery, & the sales associate happily replaced the battery for me free of charge.
At first there were communication issues, but we got it sorted out and they were able to go over and beyond to assist me with my needs! They even gave me a loaner battery to make sure the existing battery was done done.
