Fast and friendly. Got my watch battery replaced before the local jewelry stores even opened.
I bought the recharge battery. Total not recharge bring back to the store they said no warranty no return. What a scam customer. Never recommended store to buy anything no Warranty. No responsible Store Not acceptable
Long wait time.
I purchased 4 batteries online and paid for them at the same time. I went the next day to pick up the batteries, and they told me they didn't have all 4 in stock. I paid $160 for 4 batteries online. They told me the only other option was the $220 batteries. I ended up paying an additional $240. This isn't the first time we have had an issue at this store but it's now the last time.
Great servcie and products. Sudeendra knows batteries and electrical systems very well and offers amaizing customer service!
