Purchased a new car battery online (18% discount by purchasing online). Went to the store. Had them double check that my battery was bad and they installed it in a short time. Easy peasy! Would definitely recommend this place to purchase a new car battery.

At a BATTERY STORE, customers have a right to expect the staff to know how to read the manufacturer date codes on $250+ 12VDC Auto/RV/Marine batteries. Neither of the two staff present could tell me the build date of the two Duracell AGM Platinum Group 27 batteries I purchased. In fact, Guy #1 deferred to Guy #2 who said, "It doesn't matter, they're new and have a warranty."
