Worst customer service ever "Ben" is so disrespectful its ridiculous to have an employee hang up and yell at you for trying to confirm information after getting conflicting stories. It was horrible and someone needs to talk to there employees bc who wants to spend there money somewhere where the employees are rude and disrespectful. I will not be spending anymore of my money here. I would rather go somewhere else where ppl talk to you with sense
I had the best experience with a guy named Larry that works in the store. He's very knowledgeable and I hope the company recognizes him as an asset.
Car battery was only out of warranty by a month and offered absolutely no alternatives for a solution
