I came in today because I had Orrdered a key fob for my my car that needed to be program. Jacob helped me with everything while the other three employees was in the store. One person was getting ready too clock out and the other two walked in the back and didn't come back out for a lengthy time. Several customers came in the store waiting on help and nobody else was there to help except for the guy that was helping program my key at the time.
