My local Batteries Plus got a bad run of Duracell motorcycle batteries, not their fault, and management was honest about it when I returned the item after it suddenly stopped working after 7 months. They apologized and immediately swapped it out with a new replacement, and made sure the manufacturer date was new. Much appreciated!
This place, especially Kai, is wonderful! My car dealership was unsuccessful in getting new keys cut for me, and she took the time to recalibrate the machine and was so thorough and precise. So grateful for her time and for her expertise!
