I went in recently after my phone stopped working. I spoke with Amanda and Bailey, and they were very helpful and friendly. Very funny and genuine too, making me feel like I've known them for a while! They went above & beyond to help me through the process of figuring out the battery, which I assumed was the issue. After which, they were quickly able to diagnose the real issue. Courteous and knowledgeable
I had run into a real problem, my vehicle decided to not start on one of the biggest storms of this winter. After looking online for a company that would install a battery for me if I purchased it from them, first 2 businesses I called said my particular vehicle was too much trouble so they would not install but gladly sell me a battery, (yeah ok) so I continued on to batteries plus, closest one to me was the Ascutney location.
