July 31st, 2026 I purchased four group 31 heavy duty truck batteries from Batteries Plus at the Ascutney, VT store. I'd inquired via email several times prior to the physical visit to pick them up, and the store manager Amanda was fantastic from the very beginning answering all my questions, and she even set up a commercial account for me online before I got to the store several weeks prior. I went in recently after my phone stopped working. I spoke with Amanda and Bailey, and they were very helpful and friendly. Very funny and genuine too, making me feel like I've known them for a while! They went above & beyond to help me through the process of figuring out the battery, which I assumed was the issue. After which, they were quickly able to diagnose the real issue. Courteous and knowledgeable
I had run into a real problem, my vehicle decided to not start on one of the biggest storms of this winter. After looking online for a company that would install a battery for me if I purchased it from them, first 2 businesses I called said my particular vehicle was too much trouble so they would not install but gladly sell me a battery, (yeah ok) so I continued on to batteries plus, closest one to me was the Ascutney location.
