I have been doing business with these people. For years, always top-notch service until today. When I purchased a battery there that did not fit my vehicle. Then I wait 6 weeks for delivery. They accuse me of bringing a battery back that was purchased in 2016. And when all was said and done, they said, I only had a week to bring the battery back even though I have a receipt when the battery was purchased Nothing matters that $250 battery. Excellent batteries and service.
Having warranty issues with a marine battery I purchased from a location that is no longer in business. Took to stockbridge location, I was told battery was not dead 5-14-26. Took to autozone and O'reilly. They both stated battery is dead, and have not gotten a call or email regarding battery dropped of on 7/20/26. I received excellent service from the douglasville store, of which is more than I can say about corporate office
