The employee who was working here helped my girlfriend install and take out our dead car battery as I was several hours away and couldn’t do it myself. 10/10 customer service!
Shot out to the guy in the store that came out of the back to assist Us on Friday and recommended we come back on a day with time to spare in lieu of a possible 4hr wait. Came back today and want to give a Big thank you to Jonathan, Chris and Sam for getting the battery test run and changed all within 1hr. That store rock!
Very impressed with the technician. Very helpful, answered all our questions, did a quick, minor repair, for e-bike battery, would refer them to anyone...!
