I have to express my appreciation for the fantastic customer service I received during a recent visit. I came in needing a battery for my car key fob and was warmly greeted by staff and store dog. The gentleman who assisted me was extremely helpful. He mentioned the cost was 20.00 and there was a lifetime warranty. Well I totally forgot that. Man, Battery Plus did NOT come to play! 🔥 From the moment I walked in, the guys were cool, helpful, and knew exactly what they were doing. Customer service was on POINT! These guys had my situation handled so fast I barely had time to complain about my car 😂. They were professional, friendly, and actually treated me like a person instead of just another customer.
