I haven't used Batteries Plus, but I recently used them and man, I was impressed! They will always my goto place for batteries! The guy behind the counter really made my experience, he was a tall guy wavy hair, I don't remember his name, but he was really knowledgeable and sold me excellent battery that comes with a 10 year warranty! I enjoy buying quality products and it is even better if I get a product I didn't anticipate something with such good quality. This Batteries Plus store is always been very friendly helpful and informative. UPDATE: Pretty sad when the website states there is a $13.00 core charge that will be credited upon retuning ANY comperable battery; and the store employees refuse to honor your policy. Its on my bill charged and the email even states 'don't forget to bring your old battery. The staff was uncaring and blunt even after i showed them the statement. Guess we'll be using INTERSTATE from here on.

Staff Very knowledgeable friendly and showed great kindness. Replaced battery in Schumacher 1500 battery jumper air pump and USB charger for power out emergencies and to assist broken down motorist. Could not find a replacement except online and only Batteries Plus had Duracell which I only trust! Thank You! Rick Rubio West Cobb Ga.
