This Batteries Plus store is always been very friendly helpful and informative. UPDATE: Pretty sad when the website states there is a $13.00 core charge that will be credited upon retuning ANY comperable battery; and the store employees refuse to honor your policy.
Staff Very knowledgeable friendly and showed great kindness. Replaced battery in Schumacher 1500 battery jumper air pump and USB charger for power out emergencies and to assist broken down motorist. Could not find a replacement except online and only Batteries Plus had Duracell which I only trust! Thank You! Rick Rubio West Cobb Ga.
Bella is my angel!! No... they did not have what I needed, but she extended her beautiful heart and searched the item for me and found it at Lowes or Amazon. The most hope i ever could have had. Someone needs to give this beautiful soul a raise and promotion!!! Thank you Bella!!
Average experience. Took longer than expected. Store employee was grumpy.
I’ve been a loyal customer here for years and have always received great service—until today. The employee who assisted me was rude, dismissive, and even said to a coworker (in front of me) that I was “pissing him off.” No apology was offered. In the past, staff here explained warranties clearly and treated me with respect, but today’s experience was unacceptable. I will not be returning to this store.
