Just wanted to thank Mark the manager for excellent customer service. I had a difficult time getting my replacement situated through T-Mobile and Mark took the time to help me through it and speak with the T-Mobile rep as well. He definitely deserves to be commended for his customer service and patience, thanks again for a great experience!!!
My office lamp needs bulbs that are difficult to find elsewhere. Batteries plus has always been very helpful and efficient in ordering them for me.
My experience has been wonderful. Whenever I need a new battery for my wristwatch all I do is walk in and because I have their replaac for life it takes just a couple of minutes and I'm on my way home. They are very professional and I just want you to know how grateful I am that they are still there,and honor their policies.
Warranty dead battery this store wanted the battery in store for 4 hours to do a load test. That is ridiculous . Jupiter store did the test and replaced the battery in 10 minutes. Good products but bad staff in that store.
Just walked into ask if they had any screen protectors there was To white guys in there they were not welcoming Not friendly at all
