I had an appointment for 1:30 yesterday to replace my phone screen, I went there 0 customers..rudely the guy said leave it and come back in 4 hours...so why did I set an appointment. Of course I walked out on him Stay away from them ,Tmobile and samsung were notified
Said open till 7pm came by at 6:50pm to exchange a battery real fast and was already closed all locked up change your hours to 6:30 if your not accurately gonna be open till 7 it’s an inconvenience
Whatever you do, please do not bring your phone to this store for repair! I brought in a phone with some pixel bleeding (small black dots) in one corner of the phone, otherwise the phone was fully functional. Hours later I picked up the same phone flickering uncontrollably and not responding to any touch inputs. Zero functionality! Obviously, the technician never heard of the "First do no harm" rule. Brought my pool vacuum battery to have them test it and to charge it to see if it’s actually holding a charge. Great customer service quick easy. These guys are great highly recommend them. Good job guys !
