I purchased (4) 230 amp golf cart batteries. I needed ONE now and 3 FOR BACK UP on my 24 battery solar system. However, on my core charge, no one could tell me how I could get my $16 core charge back if the cores were returned after thirty days. You would think the core returns would be tracked on the original sales purchase, no matter when a core was returned. It ruins the whole point of taking advantage of a sale to have extra batteries on hand. jR

Great service.I was surprised by the massive selection they had. I will certainly be a repeat customer. The had a large inventory from any kind of battery you want to Power Banks, lights and they even rebuild some batteries you currently own. Very pleasantly surprised.
Bad customer service and when I reported it to the manager she replied with sarcasm and no concern. Also it always smells like bad body odor in there.
