Excellent customer service. Fixed my phone as good as new. I’ll be back next week for them to fix my back screen.
Do NOT go to Batteries Plus. They take advantage of old people that don't know any better. They are a business that will overcharge you for everything, especially FAULTY replacement screens. I'm confused on how they are even still in business. I've had to go to them twice in 30 days and paid $200 each time to get my screen fixed. Literally got it fixed yesterday and it fell off my bed with a case on today while charging and screen shattered.. I don't recommend anyone coming here. Guys in there rude. The guy I talked to Thursday said come we will fix screen. I’m gonna call and talk to whoever is above theses guy. Customer service terrible do better!! I wasted a trip
