Always have great service and repairs, replacements or checks done quickly. Went in this evening and the gentleman that waited on me was friendly, professional and efficient. They have some neat gadgets for sale, often deep discounts and are very knowledgeable. The store is always clean and often no wait, there’s plenty of parking and it’s easy in and out.
The sales people have always been very helpful. I was really happy to find that I could buy 9.6 V tubular batteries for my Makita tools which I bought over 30 years ago. I have five or six of them and Makita stopped making this battery. Another nice thing is that the battery was about $20 less expensive than the original Makita battery. It fits properly in my cordless tools using this style of battery.
Easiest thing ever! I walked in , Mariah greeted me with a smile. I needed my battery replaced in my remote start. She explained I would get lifetime replacement with purchase of a new battery and it was cheap. She changed it out quick and I was gone within 5 minutes, start to finish. Thanks so much Mariah you're awesome!!
Never met a more unfriendly clerk in my life. A snake has more charm.
