I came here to get a key cut for a 2020 Ford Edge. They had to order the fob - took a week to come in. They called and I stopped today to get it cut. Turns out their program doesn't do 2020. Needs to get updated! So maybe you get a key maybe you don't.
Been coming here for years, Friday 13th I came in unbelievable the employee couldn't even get up from his chair to help me. I have no clue where you find some of these people.
