How can the key machine ALWAYS be broken!?! Take your sign down!
Terrible service, went in due to Samsung ticket. They did not receive the ticket which was fine but while saying the phone I had, I was laughed at. The manager was called to double check and had an attitude saying we don't even work on those phones. Also was told my signal issue couldn't be a hardware issue. There are network antennas in my phone not just wifi and ubreakifix definitely confirmed it was hardware as well as my network provider. Thanks for nothing and not even a correct suggestion.
