Scheduled appointment two days in a row and was told the tech wouldn't be available to replace my screen. Time is money. Stay away..... customer service is non existent!!!
Do not go to this rip off store, they over charge you for everything. To put a battery in a key fob is 16.00. The battery is 5.00 the rest goes into the sales persons pocket! Total rip off!
Always have great service and repairs, replacements or checks done quickly. Went in this evening and the gentleman that waited on me was friendly, professional and efficient. They have some neat gadgets for sale, often deep discounts and are very knowledgeable. The store is always clean and often no wait, there’s plenty of parking and it’s easy in and out.
The sales people have always been very helpful. I was really happy to find that I could buy 9.6 V tubular batteries for my Makita tools which I bought over 30 years ago. I have five or six of them and Makita stopped making this battery. Another nice thing is that the battery was about $20 less expensive than the original Makita battery. It fits properly in my cordless tools using this style of battery.
