I had an issue with my iPhone, so I left it with them. Within an hour I got a call that the issue was resolved easily. I was so impressed with the customer service and efficiency. Well done!
I needed a small repair on a portable speaker. I did not have an appointment. I was received very graciously and taken care of promptly and courteously and they quickly fixed my issue! Great friendly customer service! I will definitely be back and highly recommend this company!
Very helpful staff and a great selection of battery related products. I've used Battery Plus before in California was very happy with the batteries for my golf cart. Nice to have a store in Bellingham.
Had to get a new battery for my Tacoma, Mike installed it, there was a issue with the mounting bracket being to short on the back of the battery. Mike figured it out and got it installed, then he checked to make sure everything was charging correctly. My radio and back up camera weren't working so he tried to get that fixed too. Definitely would recommend Batteries Plus for your battery needs, thanks again Mike for all your help.
