Awesome warrantied my new battery
We were in this Mayfield Heights Ohio location last week to purchase a batteries and there was young female employee that was extremely rude. Just want everyone to know when you walk in this particular store get ready to get insulted! It's a horrific experience. The owner needs to fire everyone and start all over again like a new store opening!
I called your store about a service question. Your employee Drew was incredibly rude and even sighed dramatically. I felt like I’m imposing on someone. Shining example of terrible customer service. Teach your employees politeness and basic human respect.
Expert technicians my ass! The technician wouldn't replace the battery in my daughter's car. Batteries Plus you don't do what you advertise. Never shop here they SUCK! Thank God for auto zone across the street! They replaced the battery cheaper than Batteries Plus.
