Ryan at Batteries Plus was amazing. He programmed my car key super fast and did an excellent job. Other places quoted me $140+ for the same service, but here it was only around $90. Everybody was professional, efficient, and made the whole process quick and hassle-free. Highly recommend asking for Ryan if you need key programming or battery services.

Good selection but overpriced (~$15 for 2x 9v batteries). Also they handed me the wrong receipt and to buy batteries I needed to give them name and phone number. That said, lesson learned and won’t be back.
Bought a Battery in October 2005 and it died in December 2025. This store has NO process except to take your money. I spoke to each employee and the manager, with no resolution. The manager denies conversations with his employees not wanting to provide service for the defective battery. Batteries Plus from others has had common complaints about poor product quality (batteries failing early), difficult warranty claims, inconsistent service, and issues with phone/device repairs damaging electronics or causing software problems... read more
Do not shop at this Batteries Plus store. They do not honor their 12-month warranty or work with you whatsoever. I got a deep cycle battery for my Basement Watchdog system which was giving false battery alarms. I needed to get a different battery model. They do not work with you on exchanging it or anything. Also an employee here told me I never have to add distilled water to a maintenance accessible battery. This is false.
