The website makes it seem as though you can buy a battery and someone will be available to install it for free. This is not accurate. I picked up the battery, the woman was very nice, but there was no one there who could install it for me, and she said that even if someone had been there, installation is not free, and cash is expected.

I had a fantastic experience at the Batteries Plus in Bowie getting my cracked screen repaired. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Holland, who was incredibly professional and had me checked in immediately. Another associate (whose name I didn't catch) was also very kind and made sure to welcome me as well. Since I had some time to kill while they worked on the device, I walked over to the nearby Walmart to pass the time.
