I’m a service tech at Pro Audio in North Port & had a service call up in Bradenton. I went in to batts plus & worked with Brian & Demetri to replace a couple of 12 volt UPS batteries. We rewired the batteries right in the store & it was a drop in & plug situation when I got back to the site. They were super helpful. Love this location
