Batteries plus put a new battery in my iPhone. Did it in a timely and competent manner.
Christian, Matt, and especially Brandon, were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly replacing our car battery in under 30 minutes. Please give these hard-working employees a good raise.
Recently had (3) marine batteries which were still under warranty start to not perform as they did when they were new. The associate came out and tested each of them and within minutes arranged for me to get (3) brand new batteries. Excellent experience!
Found what I wanted online, so I stopped on my way home to pick one up. East Green Bay store did not have what I wanted in stock. Ollie was quick to offer to call the other local store to see if they had one on the shelf. They did, so Ollie made sure they put my name on one so it was waiting for me once I got across town. Great customer service, they definitely went above and beyond. Will be back next time I need a battery!
