I met a Daniel on a Friday to do an insurance claim on my phone from T-mobile. Professionally: the man was extremely Professional my phone works and I feel as if I could trust him with my personal data and any technical needs I may have Personally: he was personal and friendly while maintaining a professional approach building trust and mutual understanding. Needed to replace my car battery. Erik and the other gentleman (sorry I can’t remember your name!) were so helpful in checking to see what battery I needed and making sure the correct one was ordered. The battery is located in the back of the car, so it’s not convenient to access. Yet, they got the tools and checked it out. Battery came in and Antonio installed it like a pro! Will come here in the future for all battery related things! Thanks guys!

Was super excited to find out i could buy a new key fob here. Within a week the plastic broke and they re placed it. That one also cracked and broke. I'm on my third one and it is being held together with tape. Not worth it
