I Called batteries plus inquiring about fixing my key fobs. A nice gentleman by the name of Antonio answered the phone. He was very professional, very knowledgeable and extremely courteous. The next day I showed up, he fixed both keys in a matter of 10 minutes with a little bit of solder. While he worked on the second key, I ran and got him his favorite donuts and coffee. I have been in twice in the last few weeks for different reasons. The first time, I had a very pleasant experience. Because of this, when the car battery started showing signs of being dead, I checked here first before an auto parts store. Another excellent experience. Always pleasant and kind, which is not a given anymore. This is a good store.

Went in for battery for my keyfob. The associate explained prices to me and was able to get the battery changed. I ended up going with the lifetime replacement. Thank you! Great friendly service and fast!
