I scheduled an appointment for a phone battery replacement. This required my phone make and model. When I arrived for the appointment I was told they did not have the battery and it would be at least 6 week. They had all of the info including my phone number and could contact me to cancel the appointment that never should have been accepted in the first place. I went into the Batteries Plus store 2 weeks ago to get a new iPhone screen protector shield. I encountered Daniel who reminded me of the Heat Miser from the movie The Year Without a Santa Claus. Since he put my protector screen on incorrectly it formed a bubble I asked him to fix it he said he couldn’t. I asked again to fix it and he said the bubble would go away.
