My husband bought a car key here, and they were supposed to program it but weren’t able to. I went back with my kids to get a refund, but they said they’d call me after “figuring it out.” Still no call. There’s a 15-day return policy, but since they never programmed the key, I just want my money back. Very disappointing experience.
Staff went above and beyond. Helped me a closing and didn’t slam the door in my face to go home. I really appreciated that!

I entered Batteries Plus to purchase a cellphone battery thinking that mine was aged. Mike and Maria helped me. Mike showed me how my battery had more life in it yet and did not need to be replaced. I asked what was the charge for him telling me that information he said no charge!! That’s a first for me! They were very nice.
