Chaz was exceedingly helpful in getting my car battery replaced. Showed my father and I how to purchase online to receive the smoothest and most effective service. I dropped by this morning as I had a Lithium Ion Battery that looked like it was starting to expand and even almost potentially dangerous. When I researched online the dangers of an expanding battery, I knew I needed to drop it off somewhere. I had a nice conversation and they were willing to go the extra mile and help me out. Kudos!
