Original associate didnt update phone number az requested to contact result of battery I called a couple days later. Kyle said they called and person said they'd be in to pick up. I told Kyle to not release unless with photo ID and to update number He was very courteus in explaining cell was bad, legitimizing battery warranty. We went in today for a key fob replacement & reprogramming. Customer service was excellent, even though they were quite busy at the time. Cheyanne was especially helpful, taking the time to test the old keys and troubleshoot the problem before determining a key fob replacement was necessary. The replacement & reprogramming only took about a half hour and everything was tested before we were on our way! Another satisfactory visit to Batteries Plus.
Cheyenne is the best and it's been the second time for me here and she is absolutely Awesome......She's a keeper
Purchased a battery online for my son’s car this morning and called in to verify that he could pick it up/have it installed shortly after and was told that would not be a problem. My son called me from the location on Wilmot stating that he spoke with the district manger and was told he would not be able to pick it up without me there. I called and spoke with Sam Funk and l offered to send a photo of my ID (my son and l have the same last name, address, etc) as well as a photo of the credit card used.
