I Waited three days for a call about my battery. Girl in there kept interrupting the salesman I was talking to keep repeating herself when it had nothing to do with the questions I was asking the other sales man while leaning against the wall very rude and unprofessional. Will not be coming back.
I purchased an X2 battery from this Batteries Plus location on 3/8/2026. Today, 5/20/2026, the battery completely failed after only 2.5 months of use. I thought it wouldn’t be a big deal since the battery supposedly has a 4-year warranty. The staff tested the battery, confirmed it was bad, and processed the warranty replacement. Car battery goes out on a Friday night, electrical and brake system locked up. Had it towed to jack furrier on speedway. They reported on Monday the battery was bad and they replaced it with a AGM 94R. They let me know that batteries plus on wilmot had installed the inferior AGM 48 battery on January, 2024. I took the AGM 48 to batteries plus as it was under warranty. Batteries plus contended that the AGM 48 was the correct battery and that the battery was fine. I try to call to get some info on two batteries I bought call twice first time i was on hold for 10 min... hung up call back later was on hold 30 minutes no one ever answered the phone So I just gave up.... service
