Bought a atv battery. Went bad within a year. Called them to mak sure it was covered. It was went to store. Didn't have the battery. But wasn't told that over phone.. had one that was $15 dollar difference and they refused to let me pay difference wanted me to buy for full price .Will never buy another battery from them. Ill go to autozone

I purchased a motorcycle battery online from my local Batteries Plus. The battery I needed sold to a walk-in at the same time I ordered so the manager was nice enough to get me one rushed in on the next truck.
The staff of this store is fabulous and went out of their way to help me. I will definitely come to them again when in need of their products. Great job and many thanks to Barbara and staff!
