Batteries Plus in Somerset, Ky is a joke. They don't honor coupons or codes that is on their website when you google them. They act like someone is trying to scam them even when you show them the coupon and code. Seems a little sketchy. They won't be getting my business.
I would avoid this store at all costs. They do not honor the warranty on their products. Just do yourself a favor and buy a battery somewhere else.
They refused to honor the warranty on my 2 year old X2 Power battery that has a 4 year warranty because it tested there as fully charged. However, the issue is that battery depletes under load much faster than it should. They did offer to sell me a new battery for half price. That would have put me spending approximately $800 in 2 years for a battery. No thanks! I can get 2 years out of a Wal Mart battery for a fraction of that. These guys are very reliable and honest. They got me and out with no problem. Prices are very good for the job they did. Thanks again for the new key replacement 👍.
