Do not order anything for pickup from this store online. If there is a discount or coupon they will refuse to give you the item you already purchased unless you pay them the discount amount. It has happened 3 times now and I have never had issues with any of the other stores.
Phone had no problems other than screen they replaced it now my rear camera or flashlight doesn’t work. They wanna charge me more to fix there screw up
Batteries Plus in Somerset, Ky is a joke. They don't honor coupons or codes that is on their website when you google them. They act like someone is trying to scam them even when you show them the coupon and code. Seems a little sketchy. They won't be getting my business.
I would avoid this store at all costs. They do not honor the warranty on their products. Just do yourself a favor and buy a battery somewhere else.
They refused to honor the warranty on my 2 year old X2 Power battery that has a 4 year warranty because it tested there as fully charged. However, the issue is that battery depletes under load much faster than it should. They did offer to sell me a new battery for half price. That would have put me spending approximately $800 in 2 years for a battery. No thanks! I can get 2 years out of a Wal Mart battery for a fraction of that.
