I had my screen replaced here. Nice lady working here unfortunately she had very poor customer service. I had an awful repair experience I would recommend you don’t come here for repairs unless you don’t mind bad service. There were not helpful telling me I needed to turn off find my before arriving at the store. When I asked to log into my Find my at the store I was told no they wouldn’t allow me to or help me. We will never do business with Batteries Plus again! Terrible warranty — AGM battery completely dead in just 2 years!
Careful if you get your watch battery replaced here - the battery they put in my watch worked only intermittently and finally gave up after about 2 months. The return policy is only 14 days, and there is no additional warranty (unless you pay for one?). The solutions I was offered were to buy another new battery or a recommendation for a nearby watchsmith because maybe my watch was the problem.
