Emma, at Batteries Plus Denver, and the team at Batteries Plus Aurora, Tina/Manager & associates Julian & Michi were “all” absolutely phenomenal today! I am extremely grateful for their insight and professionalism. Both store teams worked together to resolve my situation! And I saw these associates care for many other customers while they worked to resolve mine. Some days require multi-tasking and they did so beautifully. Tina at Batteries Plus was absolutely fantastic! She was attentive from the moment I walked in, quick to understand exactly what I needed, and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire visit. She made the process smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions with patience and professionalism. It’s rare to find service this good these days! Tina truly went above and beyond.
