Careful if you get your watch battery replaced here - the battery they put in my watch worked only intermittently and finally gave up after about 2 months. The return policy is only 14 days, and there is no additional warranty (unless you pay for one?). The solutions I was offered were to buy another new battery or a recommendation for a nearby watchsmith because maybe my watch was the problem. I have always been a fan of this store and they are 5 STARS again today. I brought in 6 watch for battery replacements & figured that not all could be replaced. OMGoodness! All 6 are now in working order & my bill was less than $30! Customer service by these technicians is top notch! 👍
