I've always been impressed with the fantastic customer service and ethical customer treatment at this store. The Duracell car battery I purchased here three years ago was due for replacment, but they ran a test and told me it likely has many years of life left, sending me on my way without having to buy another one. Quality products, quality people!

The customer service here is amazing. I came in thinking I needed a new key fob and they offered to try to repair my fob first. The repair was quick and fixed the problem saving me hundreds of dollars.
Very helpful customer service! Carl (I think his name was) helped me get the right battery for my van, and even pointed out some promo codes on their website I could use to save extra. He installed the battery right there, ran some extra tests to make sure my van wasn't draining the battery in some unexpected way. He left me feeling very informed and satisfied with my purchase! Thank you! I've had the battery for about a month and it's given me zero problems.
