Disappointed in your warranty policy. You sell me a bad battery. When I go in for replacement, Your store rep repeatedly claims I don’t drive my car enough even though I tell him I drive it everyday . Rudely Dismissive of my concern. Then he tells me you have to hold the battery for 24-48 hours, and no temporary battery provided. In effect the warranty leaves me without a car for 2 days. Fast fix to put me & my key FOB back on the road with new batteries. In, fixed, paid, out the door in less than 10 minutes. I found the price reasonable, I had no clue how to change my battery on the FOB. Will / would do business with again. Friendly & Fast. Five stars!! On May 21, 2025 Kurtis the red headed guy tried to sell me a battery with 360 CCA when I needed a 500 CCA .So! I decided to shop around for a lower price. Unfortunately I returned to get a battery from the same store and was being helped with a very nice young lady and here comes Kurtis. The battery that I needed was priced at $179.00 but in the computer it was $189.00 and Kurtis said that he cannot sale me the battery because it said $189.00 in the computer but it’s advertised at $179.00.
