Great Service After a Rough Start I originally went to the Batteries Plus location at 116 NC-54 in Durham when my car battery started dying, but unfortunately, the customer service there was disappointing. Disappointed in your warranty policy. You sell me a bad battery. When I go in for replacement, Your store rep repeatedly claims I don’t drive my car enough even though I tell him I drive it everyday . Rudely Dismissive of my concern. Then he tells me you have to hold the battery for 24-48 hours, and no temporary battery provided. In effect the warranty leaves me without a car for 2 days. I had a great customer experience with Curtis, who went out of his way to assist me with cutting an automobile key for my wife's Honda CR-V. Another location had cut the key incorrectly and after being referred to a hardware store that chose to try to swindle me out of $145, I went to the Hampton Pointe Store. Curtis was knowledgeable, friendly and provided customer service that is rare in this day and age. curtis didn’t even genuinely try to help me he kept trying to sell me a high priced battery AFTER i kept telling him i dont have the funds for that its not in my budget, dont care about helping just want to fill their pockets
