I can only say absolutely wonderful things about this place. They were able to help me with in an hour my phone was done and they really did try to save me money as much as possible and my husband’s phone is brand new they were so polite and absolutely a pleasure to work with.

Talked with Tim, explained my iPhone cord was not fitting properly to charge, he politely and promptly took it to the back area to check it out, and came back in 3 minutes with the problem solved. Walked into the Hales Corners Batteries Plus location today during my lunch break, was immediately greeted by a friendly employee who quickly found the exact 12v 7amp lead-acid battery I was looking to purchase (TLONG was the employee I believe?). I was in and out of the store in less than 3minutes with exactly what I needed - great customer service, thank you very much!!!
