Visited the Hales Corners, WI store the afternoon of August 28, 2026, to purchase a rechargeable lithium flashlight battery. Unlike with previous purchases, the needed battery was only sold in a two-pack. Sensing my disappointment, mboswell found a single battery and offered it at half price! Thank you for your excellent customer service; it is greatly appreciated and will be remembered!

The tech was extremely helpful, and was very courteous. I have always been helped above and beyond at Batteries Plus. Especially the Hwy 100 and Greenfield location...to many times to count! Hales Corners location is going above and beyond on our recent visit.
