Service tech (I forgot his name; he wore ) was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable (he was runnin' the whole shop SOLO that morning). He was transparent with my car battery replacement (the only in-stock one was different than OEM, but still compatible with my car). He replaced the battery in negative outside temperatures , and still smiled and remained professional. If you're his supervisor reading this, give that guy a RAISE!

I visited this location and purchased a new battery for my 2017 Subaru Outback. I replaced my old battery with the new battery, that has a larger capacity and more Cold Cranking Amps -for better winter starting. Replacement was very easy -and only took 15 minutes. Batteries Plus provided a core refund for the old battery too. Some other things to look at in the store include replacement key fobs, batteries for electronic devices and more.

We recently purchased two Duracell Vehicle batteries (Flooded type). The online price was as good if not better that any comparable battery for CCA and Reserve Capacity that fit our vehicles. Also, the replacement warranty could not be better with a full 48 month replacement. The worker at the store was easy to work with and had the batteries ready for pick-up. Very helpful and courteous older gentleman helped me replace my battery on a Sunday afternoon in the cold. I didn't get his name but he is the model person that we need more of in this world. He turned a basic customer service interaction into a wholesome humanly conversational moment in time. He didn't rush nor did he waste any time. Got the job done quickly and was cautious to do it right. Hopefully someone can tell him thank you again for me.
