Called yesterday to ask about key fob batteries. Rang, gave store hours, then said with customer, leave message. Walked up to door and sign said we are closing immediately but call if you have an order to pick up. I noticed I had missed a call from them so I called back. When they answered I said I was checking on key fobs and saw the sign that they were closed. He said yes. They should have updated their website and phone message with that information.
Yesterday I took my android to this store. I was greeted professionally by Brian Lilly. He replaced my phone's battery and completed the repair while I went down the block to have coffee. Excellent eye-to-eye discussion and explanation! Thanks, Mr. Lilly!

I went in to get two watch batteries replaced. The gentleman that was working on the watches replaced the battery on one watch but was unable to replace the battery on the other. He told me I should take it to a jewelry store to have it replaced. He did not want to damage it. I appreciate that he was being honest and not trying to force something and possibly break it.
