I stopped in Tuesday morning for a key fob battery....I have the lifetime replacement plan that I bought in a MN store that I thought allowed me to walk in to any store, give my phone number, hand over my key, mew battery and out the door! However, this must have been the first time I did it here.... Jake was very helpful and informative and said some stores are franchises so maybe my plan didn't transfer over?
