Great customer service, very friendly employee, didn’t get his name, but prices are absurd for what I was looking for. I got the exact same thing on amazon for half the price. Sorry guys, I know Amazon is undercutting everyone, I just can’t justify spending twice what I need to. Will come back if I need something battery related.

Jacob was wonderful to work with. He is very knowledgeable about Apple phones. He also is a very pleasant young man. I am 72 and can easily become confused with technical issues. Jacob was kind and took his time answering my questions and made sure I understood everything.
