Byer beware!! I bought a very expensive battery for my boat from this store. I take great care of my batteries. Always on a smart charger etc. three batteries on the vessel. One one failed. This battery failed. Not holding a charge. Dead battery. Would not cover under warranty. They said because it was dead when I brought it in, it could not be covered. What is the purpose or value of a warranty if it won't be covered on this circumstance? Super disappointed.
If you make an appt for an install online and there aren’t 2 “associates” in the store you will not be able to actually have it installed. 1/2 the line today couldn’t be helped because there was only 1 person working. He mentioned that they schedule employees every two hours so we would have to come back when the other “associate” started his shift.
