If I could put a zero star I would. My husband came in to replace his iPhone battery but the employee had no clue what he was doing but erased his cloud, when he was trying to remove “find my phone” he did a factory reset, how can you mess that up?? He had one job to change the battery, now all memories are GONE!!!!!! No pictures, no videos or contacts. He runs a business and now he has no way to contact clients. Apparently, asking for a battery here is a major imposition. I provided the specific model number, but the associate was more interested in being condescending about my photo of my battery than actually helping. When I called out his lack of patience and asked if this was his standard treatment of customers, he admitted that it was. I eventually had to google their own inventory, find the battery on the shelf myself, and bring it to the counter.
