Unfortunately, I had to reschedule my online appointment, since the replacement battery for my Samsung Galaxy S23+ was determined by the technician to be defective. It was ordered that day, and a week later, I called the store to see if it had arrived, yet. It was there, so I made the 45 minute trip to the store, to have it installed. This was the second time I have used Batteries Plus in Eustis (Mount Dora) for a screen repair on an iPhone (I am very hard on my phones!) Everyone at this location is knowledgeable and very helpful. While I was there, many customers came in to buy all sorts of batteries - they have a great inventory.
