I had a great experience at Batteries Plus. The salesman Rick was very charismatic and funnyG and him work very well together and very knowledgeable about the products! Will be returning back!
I was in this location today, staff needs professional training. The worker kept his eyes on his screen, never looked up when i entered the store, literally ignored me for a few minutes and then asked how he could help me. I should have walked out the door. He told me where it should be if they had what I needed. Professional training needed or find another job.
Manager is an absolute all star, definitely tries his best and I appreciate that.
Horrible experience. Needed my daughters phone fixed they took it told me it would take 3-4 hours to fix then and that they would call me. 6 hours later no word I call they tell me it will take a day for more parts 2 days go by nothing no word. I call again they tell me still not done with it when I ask why no one has called me for an update, they claim that they did call however then decided to tell me their phones are messed up and that they will note to call me until the call goes through. 3 days later no call.
