I have always used batteries plus. This issue I am having is I can't reach their store by phone. I keep calling and getting a virtual assistant that refuses to route me to a live store associate. I have a battery that has gone bad under warranty. I am 100 miles away from the nearest store. I am trying to see if they have a battery in stock, can sell to a relative so they can bring me the battery and have batteries plus refund me once I give the battery back. Went in for key replacement they didnt have it in so had to order it, when the key came in I went to get the chip set up the gentleman at the counter was great and had a great attitude, however I could hear the attitude in the girls voice when he went to the back room to ask the girl if she could take care of it which in return gave me an attitude.
