Polite and speedy service- in and out with a new screen and battery within an hour. Also watched my tech help an elderly couple (who appeared to know English as their second language) with kindness, patience, and compassion to make sure their needs were met and they had the information they were asking for.
I brought in my sons ipad and they changed it for me and i went to every screen replacement store and they said they don't have the parts but this store said they can fix it in 24 hour best store
