I went to this location and they were closed i went to the batteries plus on army post road and they helped me out fixed my phone and even offered me a discount for the drive over
Ordered battery online drove to Ankeny from Altoona. Website said was available and ready for pick up. Got to Ankeny note on door store no longer open to go to Urbandale location. Would think they would update their website
Please update if you're not open. Internet said 10am for Sunday, door said 11am. Came by about 1140am and not open. 🤷♂️
They were open for business but they talked themselves right out of a sale. Waste of fuel thinking I could drive up and expect a simple exchange of money for merchandise. Very odd.
