Batteries plus in Maricopa has the best customer service possible. CHRIS is so helpful and friendly with the best attitude and desire to help. I took my phone in for repair Nd he cleaned the C charging port for free...no up sales just asked that I come in for any future needs. I highly recommend this store for and battery, phone or electrical needs.
it was a warranty repair and started off ok other than they didnt have the part which left me without a phone for about a week. The gentleman helping me that day was nice even offered me a gift for the inconvenience which goes a long way because there was nothing that could be done. when the part finally came in my front screen wasfixed pretty quick but when I got it back the tech apologized for accidently breaking the back of my phone which I was told would be fixed. Worst experience ever… once I arrived it is very pungent from the nail salon next door then I talked to the young man behind the counter who seemed to know what he was doing. He had to order my truck battery in I was other on Thursday he said it would be in on Monday. Recently shopped at this location and Gabriel was great he had very good customer service and also put the batteries in my trunk for me that man deserves a raise and I didn’t get the other two guys name but they were also very helpful definitely recommend forsure
