Honest company with excellent customer service. I brought in two Polaris batteries planning to replace them and receive the core credit. Instead of immediately selling me new ones, the technician suggested I leave them overnight for further testing. He ran multiple tests and explained that while one battery wasn’t holding a full charge, it was still producing enough cold cranking amps to start the vehicle. This Batteries Plus location provided a fantastic customer service experience. I had a challenging issue with a car battery that was near the end of its warranty and they took care of it in about 8 minutes. John and Shaun made sure everything was taken care of promptly and correctly. Highly recommend this store.
Always taking care of
I was at this location a few weeks ago and Shaun helped me out with my car battery. I thought I needed a new one, but he tested it and said I was good. He also tested my starter and alternator and let me know I was in good shape as well. He went out of his way to help me troubleshoot and gave me great advice. I will continue to use this location for both my car battery and the batteries for my key fob.
