The customer service here is awful. We were advised to buy the wrong size battery, made no attempt to install it because we noticed it was the wrong size the moment we opened up the scooter panel, and they would not let us return it because they said we bent it. There is literally no way. If the battery was bent, it's because it was purchased that way. Stay away from this place.

So I came in the store looking for one style battery for my son’s drone controller. The team was great at being patient and helping us find the correct battery that was needed instead of what I thought. They were helpful, professional and friendly. Had a 10:00 AM appointment for a Samsung S23 Ultra screen replacement. Arrived at 10:15 AM and was told it would take about two hours. I returned at 12:00 PM and was told another 30–60 minutes. Returned again around 1:30 PM and was told “another half hour.” When I returned at 2:00 PM, new staff informed me the phone had not been disassembled and no repair work had begun.
