After dealing with frustration with T Mobile customer service for help with my cell phone repair. I finally got an appointment with Batteries Plus at 255 NJ 35 Eatontown. I met Frank and Mike they were very nice and professional. After darn near a week of not having my phone, they repaired my phone in one hour. They were awesome! Thank you so much.
My quick visit to Batteries Plus in Eatontown was a breeze today. The guys helped me out with the 2 car remotes I desperately needed and quickly installed them. They saved me the hassle of figuring out how to open up the remotes without breaking the plastic housing. I also picked up a cool battery tester and organizer. The shop is clean, well-organized and the team gave great customer service. It felt like the good old days of retail. Great visit!
