I drove nearly 30 minutes to this store on Saturday, October 3, 2026, around 3 PM, intending to purchase 20 rechargeable 18650 batteries for a robotics project my son was building. I went there ready to spend money and expected, at minimum, some basic assistance from someone working at a specialty battery store. Friendly staff. Took time to sell me the correct battery
We brought 2 phones to get fixed. We were half an hour late we could not find the place & could not get in touch with the tech behind the counter. He said he tried to call us, but I have zero phone calls. So we said fix one phone. And we'll be back with the other one. He refused to wait on us. We are taking our phones someplace else. I would give this no stars if I could
Thank you Charles, I am beyond appreciative of you and your team. My screen was jacked up barley can see my screen or hear my love ones talk lol and not mention lol I was cutting up my fingers how bad screen was. Charles did the dame thing my screen is better than when, I original brought the phone and speakers amazing. Thank you :) Definitely check out Charles, and his team if you device isn't working properly.
