Do yourself a favor and stay away from batteries plus in Eatontown they’re just a bunch of scammers. They’ll sell you a car battery with a 48 month replacement warranty, guaranteeing you’ll get a replacement, no questions asked. At least that’s what happens at other battery retailers, but not at batteries plus in Eatontown. A one year-old $250 dollar Battery went dead and would not take a charge. The best in the business. Jen took great care of me. I was in and out in no time. Great place to buy all sorts of batteries, light bulbs, amazing and honest phone repair services. Good vibes. I would come back here.
I would give zero stars if I could. Order the battery a week ago received an email that it was in stock when I arrived to pick it up they treated me like I was the idiot and that the battery wasn’t there. The representative working the register tells me that they called me which it looks like they did however, they never left a voicemail. Bottom line wasted Trippe wasted exercise. Save yourself time and money and go to a reputable place not batteries plus. At least not the one in Eatontown.
Don’t ever go to this place. They refused a return that is under 5 days old on a battery that is un-used as per their policy. Customer service is just as bad.
