Very easy process. Ordered online, ready for pickup early next morning. Very efficient process of returning cores also.
The guys were laid back, knew what they were doing. Went for an insurance claim on my phone. Had it fixed in a reasonable amount. Seems like there might be a disconnect with communication and management, but the guys were helpful.
WORST customer service ever. Not only was the phone an iPhone 12 not fixed, but Harris who I spoke with on the phone was incredibly rude. He was not willing to help at all and just said there’s nothing I can do, I’m the only one here all day. Which was not true because I had been there twice and there were 2 people there. We had to go to the store 4 different times, and the phone is still not fixed. They also did not Close out the claim so I couldn’t get my insurance company to make a new claim. THIS IS THE WORST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH: • I bought 6 Golf Cart Batteries. They have a service where if you buy and pay online, they will have batteries available when you come to pick up. • I received an email saying the batteries were ready. I went to pick them up, but they were not in the store. They had to be ordered. I was told the system just sends out an email saying they are ready to be picked up when the store orders them.
