We made and appointment online to have a phone screen repaired, we got the conformation email both for when we made the appointment and the next morning to confirm we were coming, but when we got to the store the clerk informed us that the technician was not working today and that we would have to come back another day. We really got upset because we had made the appointment and on their window it says phone screen repairs walk in welcome but thats not the case, we drove 25 minutes to get here just to be turned away. Came in the store to do a warranty swap out for 12v 8 batteries, the guy behind the counter was wondering if the coffee pot was on but we then heard the guy in the back very loudly snoring. Very unprofessional
I went to a home improvement retailer for elevator batteries, not only did they not have them, the employee basically just said " what you see is what we have" no info available from him. Went across the street to battery plus and Spencer was not only very knowledgable but a very courteous young man. 5 stars Spencer! Thanks for your help!
