The staff at Gresham Batteries Plus is incredible. And I can speak from authority, because those good folks have come to my aid many times. Trust me – they do way more than just sell batteries. I'm very upset. I purchased a key fob for my Nissan and waited for it to come in. For 1, the key came in but they did not notify me for two weeks... and I had to call them. I gave them a pass for that. Then the guy programmed both fobs, but when he was done, I could not get into any gear. So I went back in and he came out then said it wasn't done programming. Great Experience! they tested my old battery to make sure it was junk, which it was. Set me up with a new battery . I can’t remember the name of the associate that helped me, but he was very pleasant and helpful.
10/10 experience working with Taylor! I ordered the wrong battery and he got me set up with the right one. Plus he was up for an impromptu install on the spot. Very professional and knowledgeable!
