My father came in today to get a watch battery replaced. He was refused by a younger employee who said that “they have rules against taking pins out of watches”. I don’t even understand what kind of training he has that he would so quickly and readily dismiss something that is his entire job. Didn’t even ask anyone for help. When I was a sales clerk, I would not have dreamed of declining service to someone for legitimately no reason. Bad attitude as well.
I honestly had never heard of this place before, but they had the best price for the battery that I was looking for for my car. I place an online order to pick up at the Gresham store, and I was called back within 10 minutes letting me know that they could have it for me in 3 days. About an hour later, Shannon called me back and let me know that their district manager was going to pick up the battery and bring it to the Gresham store for me so I could pick it up next day.
