Took my key fob up there to get replacements and the employee suggested I purchase them from Amazon and then bring them up there so they can program them. He said it would save me money over purchasing the ones the store offered. So I purchased them on Amazon and about a month later I took the new ones up there to be programmed and today’s employee let me know that the program fee is non refundable since the fobs didn’t come from them, he said it’s about a 70% success rate. I needed a battery for a jazzy elite scooter, it was in stock and ready for pick up when I arrived. The employees were helpful and grabb3d the new battery for me and took the core to the back.
Stopped by for a battery test. Bailey assisted me and tested both my auxiliary car battery and main starting battery. Bailey is extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful in performing the battery tests. Thank you, Bailey!
