I ordered a new battery online for pickup and when I got there I asked could the guy install it. He shuddered and said that I didn't indicate for it to be installed. I advised that the website didn't provide that option, but I looked it up prior to ordering. He said he could but it would be $20 to do so. I expressed my frustration with the fee since no other provider charges. He said corporate wants us to charge for it now. Of course this isn't posted or listed on the website.
