I was very pleased with the place I went there to replace a battery in a watch I had and the gentleman that waited on me explain to me that the battery would be $18 versus you could pay $23 for Lifetime battery for the watch just come in and give your phone number and you get a free watch and with the way the prices are going up it's worth it he was extremely helpful
Mo and Uzi were extremely knowledgeable and efficient. They quickly replaced my battery and explained to me what would happen when I began to drive it again, some warning lights which would quickly go away... which they did. They were both extremely friendly and answered my many questions since the work was done on my first EV. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PHONE AND IN THE STORE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
I waited in the lobby for 10 minutes while someone sat at a table behind the counter and did not even once look up to service me. I understand they may have been working on a batter replacement for a watch or something but the wait I had was egregious. Ill go down Hull St where they are actually staffed to handle more than one customer at a time.
