After being rejected by the Garland location in honoring my warranty, I visited Daniel in Plano who was willing to honor my warranty, however, that location did not have the proper battery to switch out. So he went above and beyond with contacting different locations that had the battery in stock and was willing to honor my warranty. Camden here in McKinney was willing to listen to my issues and honored my warranty. I so appreciate him and now I can leave a happy customer with a battery that works!
These guys helped me out in a pinch and gave me a personalized experience to get the parts I needed to get my bike up and running.
