Have never been to this location but stopped by to get my battery checked and Gianni was very helpful and gave great customer service.
I took my iphone in for a battery replacement, the phone was left there while they completed the so called replacement. Meanwhile, the technician called to ask for the phone passcode, which should not be necessary. Husband gave them the passcode, unfortunately. When the phone was picked up the battery life went from 79% to 83% and the Apple settings indicated that a USED battery was placed in my phone. IF they bothered to do anything at all. The solution I was offered was to bring my phone back in? Uh no thanks! I want a ful... read more
