Came in with a working phone. Left with a broken one. I came here to have the battery on my iPhone replaced, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing and unsafe. I rely on my phone for medical purposes, so having it function properly is critical. After the battery replacement, the phone only worked for a couple of hours before the lock button stopped responding and fluid appeared inside the camera lenses. Cannot in good faith recommend this place. I took my watch in for a basic battery replacement and it was returned to me completely bent out of shape and the back wouldn't even snap back on. I asked that they fix it so they sent it off to a jeweler who sent it back over a week later still bent out of shape. At this point I requested reimbursement or a replacement, and after 2 weeks of silence I called them up and they say the replacement is in, but its still the same watch "mostly" back in place, but with some new scuff marks... read more
