Showed up at opening was immediately helped. My charge port I thought was broke in my iPhone 14 was just dirty and worked fine after cleaning. Took no time and was free of charge by my surprise. Definitely will be going back for all my future phone and battery needs. Wonderful customer care.

They were wonderful, I'm just moving here from Weat Virginia we were staying at the Best Western. I dropped my key fob from the 2nd floor to the parking lot, once I got to my vehicle it wouldnt start - the transmitter in the fob detached. I call batteries plus to see if they sell & program them, Charlie answers the phone and he is absolutely fantastic. In order for him to program the key he needs the vehicle instead of making me tow the vehicle there I purchase the fob over the phone and he comes to me. This is not a service... read more
