My car wouldn’t start so I got a neighbor to jump me off. While my car was still running I made a bee line for Batteries Plus so they could test my battery. I got there just after 10:00 am on Saturday and I called for someone to come outside so I wouldn’t have to go inside and I could leave my car running. A young man named Hunter came out and asked me to shut my car off so he could test the battery. I did and he tested the battery. This was my first time ever coming into Batteries Plus. I dropped my phone and cracked my screen, so my phone carrier let me know where i can go to get my phone screen fixed. Super friendly, helpful, pleasant and patient team. Josh took care of me, from letting me know exactly when to pick up my phone, patient and understanding.As soon as you walk in the front door you are greeted and helped. The team was very patient and polite throughout the entire experience. I would like to highlight how helpful Brianna and Josh were in particular. Josh was very helpful with explaining the process of situation, while Brianna was sure to be clear about the steps of the process and showing outstanding patience

Bri and everyone else at batteries plus are Awesome ,the did a Great jog fixing my cracked screen on my phone and they were very Quick about it .it was only an hour and half later .thank you all .
