They wanted $16 to change a battery on a watch. That is absolutely outrageous. I can go to a jewelry store and have it done for $10.
As someone who comes to this store often, today was not a great experience. The young man working today was out of uniform & looked like he didn’t want to be there. He wasn’t very friendly at all & spoke in a very low tone that I barely understood what he was saying to me. Bought a Duracell car battery today and it was installed. The whole process was less than 30 minutes and now I have a 3 year replacement warranty. Didn't wait in line. They were great, prices are compatible with local places. Right across from Prejeans off I-49.
