The staff was so friendly I appreciate them helping me and my mom i highly recommend them
Christian and Kevin (I believe that's his name) handled my entire purchase and return with such professionalism - I was so happy to see young men so concerned with customer needs, and they were always a step ahead of me with what needed to be done. LOVE LOVE LOVE the store hours - weekend business is so helpful for me. All my battery needs in the future will be handled right there at Batteries Plus!
I always get good service. My watch battery was changed quickly.
It was a good experience. The lady that helped me was very informative and polite. She was able to find me the battery I needed and also inform me about getting a core charge refund. Overall great experience and good service
I went in to the store received excellent customer service was unable to have my vehicle key fob programmed due to my vehicle being newer and they were able to set an appointment and come to my house and do it…definitely recommend!
