I always get good service. My watch battery was changed quickly.
It was a good experience. The lady that helped me was very informative and polite. She was able to find me the battery I needed and also inform me about getting a core charge refund. Overall great experience and good service
I went in to the store received excellent customer service was unable to have my vehicle key fob programmed due to my vehicle being newer and they were able to set an appointment and come to my house and do it…definitely recommend!
Excellent customer service
They wanted $16 to change a battery on a watch. That is absolutely outrageous. I can go to a jewelry store and have it done for $10.
