First time customer , I stopped in to get a new battery for my vintage ( 2001 ) Mercedes SLK roadster. Yes, they had the correct battery in stock , installed it in about 15 minutes and hauled the old one away. Friendly efficient service from all the employees. I'll be back to Batteries Plus in Homewood.
Pat the manager was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable and even gave me a hand installing my battery in my dirt bike. Couldn’t have gotten any better service. Highly recommend!
The service was great and the life time offer for a Range Rover Sport was a no brainer.
Replacing the battery in my iPhone - The price is fair, $87.99 including tax and installation (@ 3/31/25). I was impressed with the level of courteous and professional service given by the two employees who assisted me. They know their business.
Just trying to get a key fob and currently receiving the absolute worst customer service ever, may just ask for a refund
